• Suitability for use in severe climatic conditions. All models withstand both low and high temperatures. In 1975 LUVs 469 B were used for travelling in Sahara. And the only additional element that had completed factory assembly was another fuel pump. An escort vehicle carried spare parts for UAZ weighing approximately 500 kg. Vehicles successfully covered 11 000 km of sandy road.
• Spacious interior. In 2010, 469 model was declared the most capacious in the world. 32 people could set inside at a time. Total weight of passengers together with the driver was almost 2 tons.
• Good comfort level. For example, modern off-roaders Patriot can be equipped with an additional cabin heater and a multimedia system with a touch-screen. Leather trimming of interior elements, cruise-control, multifunctional steering wheel, rear-view cameras are available optionally.
• High safety level. Particularly, the manufacturer offers systems which allow to equally distribute engine torque and prevent wheels from slipping. One can turn on Off-Road mode by pressing the button; it improves braking performance on the loose surface.
