Shipping time
Delivery time depends on the product availability. Please check the availability status on the page of the product you are interested in. No delivery on public holidays.
Item currently in our warehouse. Items with this status get shipped within 1-2 days since order payment
Item cannot be ordered: it has been discontinued or is currently unavailable. You can order a similar item by another manufacturer. Just hit the "Show equivalents" button.
Possible reasons for shipping delays
Our principal warehouse facilities are located in Germany. Shipping to non-neighbouring countries may take 3–7 days.
If a car part is currently not in our warehouse, we will ship it from a supplier warehouse. This may delay its delivery to you for 1–2 days.
- Most orders are placed on Mondays. Due to high work loads not all orders get shipped on the same day. Some orders are shipped within 2-3 days after payment
- Delivery companies do not work on weekends, so the orders made on those days do not get shipped until Monday.
Shipping times depend heavily on delivery services.
Festive days, bank holidays, and also weather conditions all influence shipping speeds.
Safe Order
It only takes 1 step! Simply activate the Safe Order service at the last stage of submitting your order.
For only £3.95, you extend the return time for the items you purchased to 100 days.
- You get 7 times more time to return a car part that didn't fit your vehicle.
- No need to provide a reason for order cancellation.
- No return shipment fee, whereas normally it comprises an average of £8.45.
You can only return items that:
- Have not been in use.
- Have not been damaged or installed (no visible marks of installation).
- Have the original package intact.
- Retain their receipt.
- Are not from the Tyres or Bulky Items categories.
The Safe Order option applies only to one return per order.
Once we receive the spare part back from you, it will be thoroughly examined. If it meets the above-mentioned requirements, we will exchange the item for another one or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
Safe Order terms will not apply to products from other orders of yours for which this option has not been selected.

Unfortunately, we do not have full control over delivery times. Unforeseen contingencies may disrupt operation of shipping companies, resulting in delays. Another thing to keep in mind is that shipping companies do not work on weekends and festive days.
Your parcel is prepared to be shipped within 24 hours. After the parcel has been sent, you will get a confirmation e-mail. There you will find the tracking number, the name of the shipping company, and the link to their official website. To find out the estimated delivery date and the location of your parcel, click the link and insert the tracking number into the required field. NOTE: parcel tracking details appear on the shipping company website within 24 hours from the despatch.
No additional tax is charged when importing goods within the European Union since you pay the VAT of your country when placing the order. When shipping to a non-EU member state, a customs fee applies. The buyer pays it upon receiving the parcel.
