Meyle Suspension Control Arms are produced by the famous German company – Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG. It was established in 1958 and named after its founder – Wulf Gaertner. Initially, it had been exporting spare parts from leading German manufacturers to countries of South and North America, and later – Asia. Types
Meyle suspension control arms can have various fasteners. The most common of them are:
Ball joints. Contact pressure in the unit is reduced due to increased sizes of the ball head. As a result, the mounts serve longer and withstand higher loads. Zinc coating, resistant to abrasive wear and an aggressive chemical influence, provides reliable corrosion protection.
Bushes. Their inner sleeve has optimized geometry, thanks to which the parts are notable for the increased lifespan. Use of computer modeling during production helped to create such bushes, rubber of which do not crinkle under load, but contacts evenly, then restoring its initial form. In order to make the rubber have the dense structure and not peel off, the outer sleeve is initially made bigger by 5 mm than necessary. The sleeve is contracted to required sizes only after filling rubber.

Adjusted. The ball joint has the ability of smooth adjustment. By tightening or loosing the nut you can change position of the unit. Thanks to this, there is no need to adjust the wheel alignment angles in advance for component choosing. This allows to avoid mistakes during part selecting, as one arm is suitable for various models.
Non-adjustable. They are suitable for the exact vehicle model. They are more complicated in installation. The arms can be mounted in one position only.
