It is also necessary to analyze the motor temperature sensor. The cooling system fan should switch on automatically after the motor has reached a temperature of 92 °C. The second working phase begins after the mark of 99-104 °C. If the system does not turn on with the operating fan, the sensor needs to be replaced.

The timely replacement of the air filter and radiator grille state also affect the fan operation.

The cooling fan does not have a clearly defined service life. With careful use of the car, it can perform well during the entire vehicle life.

The fan in most car models is installed in front of the radiator. Wiring is considered the most vulnerable point of the system. If necessary, a complete replacement of it is made.

In the case of the blades and the axis clogging, the system is disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. Destructed or damaged relay and the drive fan blades can be replaced by the same diameter parts. Nevertheless, in case of mechanical damage or fault of the control unit you need to install a new part and calibrate the entire system.
