Crowbars

A nail puller is a hand-operated lever-and-wedge-type tool intended for removing nails, screws, and other fastening elements. It is a thick metal rod with one end flat and in two by a widening groove.

• about 100cm - for dismantling super strong or large joints.

Types of crowbars

Depending on the design, there are the following crowbars:

• Single. They have a conical or four-sided working end and a pointless back end.
• Double. Both ends of the rod are suitable for dismantling and have various shapes. So, the other end may have a chisel or a nail puller.

Many manufacturers also offer devices of special shape for specific jobs. For example, there are blades for tire fitting. They may have a rounded functional element.

Tips on using nail pullers and crowbars

1. Use only as directed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use the tools for disassembly of those parts they are not intended for.
2. Wear protective eyewear. During dismantling, there is a high risk of particles of the material getting into your face.
3. Wipe dirty tools with a clean cloth without the use of chemicals. To avoid corrosion, store the tools in a dry and well-ventilated room.
