Citroen C2 is a compact three-door hatchback of the French company PSA Group. It was presented on the market in 2003 for the first time, production continued till 2009. Manufacturing of the model took place in France at the factory in Aulnay-sous-Bois. The car is produced in version of the five-door hatchback since 2006. A renewed Citroen was brought into production in 2008 and was manufactured for only one year. Changes affected the front part of the car. The car in its standard configuration, LX, was notable for minimum equipment; particularly there were no fog lights. The luggage compartment door consisted of 2 leaves – upper and lower. It was designed so that you can open only the upper part if necessary. Setup of rear passenger seats was also unusual: not only 2 separate seats were installed in the car, they had lengthways adjustment and seat back tilt function.
