The Dodge Avenger vehicles were manufactured between 1994 and 2000 in the coupé body style and between 2007 and 2014 in the saloon body style. The assembly of the cars was carried out in the USA and Mexico. The coupé was produced under the name Chrysler Sebring as well. The history of the Dodge Avenger vehicles
There were two generations and one updated version of the model presented. In the first generation, the FJ, the Avenger was made in the coupé body style. The onboard computer, automatic air conditioning and Boston Digital sound system were available for the cars. These vehicles were used by the police service in Mexico. In 2007, the model was used as the Car of Tomorrow at NASCAR Nextel Cup.
Features of the Dodge Avenger JS vehicles facelift
The facelifted auto was presented at the Los Angeles Motor Show in 2010. The radiator grille of the car was made in the form of a mesh with chrome slats and a new brand logo on it. The car was fitted with front fog lights and the lid of its luggage compartment was decorated with a small spoiler in the body colour. Rear lights got a new configuration and were fitted with LED lighting.
It should be noted that the manufacturer improved the sound insulation of the passenger compartment of the Dodge Avenger. Higher trim levels offered leather upholstery and heated front seats.
